Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Bab&Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Bab&Shop is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, if you experience an issue, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
