Refund Policy 

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, and custom-made products, are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at mistertyaugustin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mistertyaugustin@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at mistertyaugustin@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

5. Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations as the order may have already been shipped.
